Serena was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, where her French bilingual education shaped her global outlook and helped her thrive in multicultural environments. Growing up, she watched her father build and grow his international fashion business, which gave her an early understanding of client service, attention to detail, and the dedication it takes to run a successful company.

At Williams Asset Management, Serena serves as an Administrative Support Specialist, where she plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s day-to-day operations, marketing initiatives, and the efforts of the Chief of Staff. In this capacity, she contributes to enhancing the overall client experience by working closely with the client service team on onboarding, maintaining internal systems, including scheduling platforms and recordkeeping, all with the efforts to ensure operational efficiency across the firm.

In addition, Serena supports the firm’s marketing efforts by assisting with social media and website management, as well as coordinating both internal and client-facing initiatives. Her role bridges operations and marketing, helping to strengthen communication and engagement across the organization.

Serena is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Marketing at Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School, where she continues to strengthen her strategic and analytical expertise.

Outside of the office, Serena enjoys yoga, going to concerts, exploring history and cinema, traveling to new countries, and experiencing new cultures through local cuisine.
