Marie Lee

Marie was born in Puerto Rico and moved to the United States as an infant. From an early age, she developed a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence that continue to shape her leadership style today. Known for her approachable demeanor and high standards, Marie plays a key role in fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture at Williams Asset Management.

As Vice President of Human Resources and Chief of Staff, Marie is instrumental in driving the firm’s strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and employee experience. She works closely with the firm’s leadership, including Founder and President Gary Williams, to align organizational goals with day-to-day execution. In her role, Marie oversees human resources, internal operations, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring the team is supported, engaged, and positioned for continued growth.

With over a decade at the firm, Marie has been a cornerstone of its evolution, helping to build scalable processes, strengthen internal communication, and enhance both the employee and client experience. Her professional background includes experience with privately held companies, where she developed a strong foundation in managing fast-paced, service-driven environments. She is known for her proactive approach and ability to anticipate the needs of both leadership and the broader team.

Outside of the office, Marie enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, building projects, cooking, and gardening. She resides in Baltimore County, Maryland, with her husband and their two children, Mya and Adrian.
