Kathryn Sabatini

Financial Wellness Director

Kathy grew up in Anne Arundel County as the youngest of three children. She learned many life lessons about money and working hard from her mother, who was widowed at a young age with three children under the age of six. Experiencing many financial struggles and witnessing firsthand how hard her mother worked to provide for their family motivated Kathy to plan a more secure financial future through investing and saving.

Kathy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and concentrations in accounting, finance, and managerial economics and is now a CPA. Following graduation, she began her career at EY, from which she recently retired. Kathy’s passion for helping others plan for their financial future inspired her to start the next chapter of her career as our financial wellness director. She assists our financial advisors in developing and delivering financial education webinars that empower individuals with essential money management skills—an area often overlooked by families and in traditional education systems.

Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, teaching swim lessons, hiking with her husband and their dog, and gardening. She resides in Howard County, MD, with her husband and two children.
