Brian Modarress

Client Service Associate

Brian was born in Baltimore, MD, but spent much of his young life growing up in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He is the middle child of two brothers and has a very close-knit relationship with them. In his High School years, Brian had a very influential finance teacher who took the role of mentoring him. He taught him the importance of money, and how to invest and save for retirement. He saw the excitement and joy learning finance brought to Brian, and he recommended Brian pursue a career in Wealth Management and become a Financial Advisor. Then and there, Brian knew this was the right path for him.

Brian’s interest in finance began to grow, and to pursue this newfound passion, he attended Loyola University Maryland and was accepted into their business honors program at The Joseph A. Sellinger, S.J. School of Business and Management. During his time at Loyola, he wanted to enhance his understanding of global finance, and thus decided to study abroad. He went to New Zealand and attended the University of Auckland to further his knowledge. Once returning to Loyola, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance.

As a client service associate at Williams Asset Management, Brian works alongside our associate financial planners and financial advisors to provide first-rate client service and operational support—an essential role in the financial planning process.

Brian currently resides in Montgomery County, MD. Outside of the office, he enjoys white water kayaking, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. Brian is a very determined young man and is eager to make a positive impact at our firm. One of his goals is to obtain the CFP within the next coming years.
